Preparation:

For a Pudding:

1. Add contents of one packet and 2 to 3 oz* of cold water into a small cup. 
2. Mix with a spoon until smooth.**

For a Shake: 

1. Add contents of one packet and 4 to 6 oz* of cold water into a large glass.
2.  Stir thoroughly.**

*More or less water may be added based on preference.

**Promptly refrigerate any uneaten portion and consume within 24 hours.
